Concept & Design
As most of our projects are customized to specific application, we need to understand from our customer their needs and requirements before a draft could be drawn out. Gradually, as we gather more details, will we be able to provide the overall design concept. We believe in spending quality time in this process, so as to calibrate the concept to the intended design specifications.
Fabrication
Using CNC or conventional machining, we could machine out the various components for the purpose of building up the equipment. Here the craftsman has to ensure Quality that include Tolerance and Fit, and Finishing thus make certain that it will fit the overall design.
Electrical Circuit & Control
Using digital logic, like PLC or computer programming, we could sequence the process flow thus automating the entire process.
Assembly
Here is where we put everything together. The equipment will undergo testing against the required engineering specification that has been established before. In addition, the equipment will be subjected to safety audit to help ensure its conform to safety standards.
